My approach to Lifestyle Fitness Coaching is person centered, focusing on the immediate needs, personal skill development, and skills to help maintain equilibrium in your personal life. I can work with you to become more aware of the areas in your life that may be “off centered” and the obstacles which are hindering your progress to achieve a healthier lifestyle. My job as a Lifestyle Fitness Coach is to get you on a path that is best suited for where you are in your life as well as to create a program that you can maintain on your own.

Lifestyle Fitness Coach (IFPA-CLFC); Master’s Degree in Music Therapy (The Florida State University) 1996; Synergistic Hypnosis/Meditation Training with Charles Madsen, Ph.D. 1995-1996 (Florida State University); Ballet and Contemporary Dance Form Training over 25 years

Individual Coaching: allows you to personalize and customize your coaching goals and agenda. Conversations are private. No matter what your goal, individual coaching helps you gain clarity and focus so that you and can move from good intentions into meaningful action.

Group Coaching: is for several people who are moving toward similar goals such as:
weight loss and healthy work/life integration.
